TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The description of the Online Course on the Website and/or in any relevant Brochure will set out details of the contents of the available Online Course.
Enrolment Fee. A Full payment of the enrolment fee should be made before registration. You can pay through bank transfer, credit card, or wire transfer. You will be given access to the course after you have made a full payment. However, if your payment is made by wire or bank transfer, you will not be granted access to the course until your transfer has been cleared. There will be an additional fee of $15 for each bank transfer. The enrolment fee covers participation and course registration and the course content. Payments from other third parties and organizations are accepted only if the third parties and organizations contain acceptable payment terms and conditions. You are however, responsible for the full payment of the enrolment fee.
You may incur charges to your internet service provider while you are accessing and/or downloading the Course Materials. Charges may also be payable to third parties for use of the software necessary to access and/or download the Course Materials. You are responsible for paying any such charges.
Refund Policy. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Thinkific, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, for purposes of order and to avoid inconveniences, before you make your payments be aware that there will be no refunds.
System Availability. The e-Learning system is readily available, but may be down in times of system maintenance. Thinkific will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the system maintenance.
Course Cancellation. Thinkific reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment. Such decisions will be made at least one week before the scheduled course date. Registrants will be notified via email; Thinkific will make every effort will be made to avoid cancellations. In case of a cancellation, you will have to register for the next course date.
Limitation of Liability. Thinkific has no liability to you whatsoever. This "Limitation of Liability" section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including but not limited to, breach of contract (even in the case of a fundamental breach) and tort (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation).
You acknowledge that Thinkific operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour of students. In particular, abusive or violent behaviour directed at a Thinkific staff or other students and unfair or dishonest practices will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Thinkific may, in its reasonable discretion and without liability or an obligation to refund any Course Fee, refuse to supply any Online Course to any student who engages in inappropriate behaviour.
- Technical Support and Access
If you are unable to access an Online Course, Thinkific will use reasonable endeavours to provide a solution where Thinkific has direct control over the system, software or settings involved. If the issue lies with your hardware, systems, software or settings thereof, Thinkfic may, in its discretion, provide assistance to you to help you resolve the issue but we cannot guarantee that any assistance provided will resolve your issue.
Thinkific will use reasonable endeavours to make the Online Course available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error free availability or that defects will be corrected. Thinkific reserves the right to suspend access to the Website for the purpose of scheduled or emergency maintenance, upgrades or repairs to improve the performance or functionality of the Website.
You also accept and acknowledge that Thinkific cannot be held responsible for any delay or disruptions to your access to the Online Course as a result of such suspension or any of the following:
(a) the operation of the internet and the world wide web, including but not limited to viruses;
(b) any firewall restrictions that have been placed on your network or the computer you are using to access the Online Course;
(c) failures of telecommunications links and equipment; or
(d) updated browser issues.
Warranties.
Thinkific expects you to take reasonable care to verify that the Online Course and Course Materials in question will meet your needs. Thinkific does not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your use of the Online Course or Course Materials or that you will obtain any particular qualification on completion of the Online Course.
Thinkific does not make any representation, guarantee or commitment to you that the Online Course or Course Materials will be error free.
Thinkific does not make any commitment that the Online Course or Course Materials will be compatible with or operate with your software or hardware.
All representations, warranties and/or terms and/or commitments not expressly set out in the Online Terms (whether implied by law, conduct, statute or otherwise) are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permissible at law.
Disclaimer
The Online Courses are for training purposes only. Thinkific will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the Online Course or Course Materials for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to, the giving of advice by you to any third party. Further, the trainer for the course “self-love and relationships,” is not a licensed therapist and therefore results are not guaranteed.
Billing and Payment Terms. The Provider will invoice the Recipient on a monthly basis for all Services (unless paid in full) and the amounts due under such invoice shall be payable within fourteen (14) days after the Recipient’s receipt of such invoice. Unless agreed upon in writing between the provider & purchaser there will be no canceling of payments.
